Job description
Garver is seeking a Sr. Benefits Administrator to join our team. This role will help employees across Garver’s footprint navigate benefit related issues including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability plans.
Responsibilities include:

Administers and maintains company benefit plans

Support employees with questions and issues, researching root cause and ensuring resolution

Orienting new hires to the benefit plans

Manage vendors and escalate service issues

Inform and guide employees on benefit matters regarding eligibility, coverage, and provisions.

Administers leave and disability programs

Compiles and maintains benefits records and documentation
Requirements:

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business or related area

at least 4 years experience administering employee health and welfare benefit plans

Knowledge of regulations (COBRA, ERISA, FMLA) and related state/federal guidelines

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency
