As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill our Sr. Program Manager – Sales Operations & Enablement position to work with sales leaders to define, develop, and execute against our strategic priorities for Practice Hub. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving sales outcomes and organizational change. This role will ensure that Clinic Enrollment Consultant’s (CECs) within Practice Hub are well-equipped with the technical content, training, and knowledge of available resources to be effective in clinic conversations. A successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales enablement in a large organization, with the ability to map technical requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales productivity and readiness plan. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and translate business needs into initiatives.

This role can be based in Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA or Plantation, FL.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with sales leaders to identify gaps and build sales enablement and operational learning paths
  • Create, document, and drive adoption and adherence to standard operating procedures for Clinic Enrollment Consultant (CEC) team
  • Design and implement reports and metrics to measure impact, segmentation, pipeline, quotas, and efficiency on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
  • Facilitate intake and prioritization to ensure work is prioritized and defined to meet strategic Clinic Enrollment objectives
  • Coordinate, maintain, and communicate new program launches, features, and process changes to drive awareness to clinic-facing teams
  • Work with Learning and Development to develop training programs for continuous upskilling
  • Create mechanism with Clinic Enrollment Leadership Team to surface new intake requests, revisit feedback, and program status updates.
  • Develop and implement a consistent, repeatable, and successful warm-handoff process with the Clinic Success team

What You’ll Need:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience related to sales enablement, program, and/or project management in business-to-business roles and/or 5+ years of sales experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills up to VP-level
  • Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient with Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency with the following: Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SendGrid, Oracle, MS Office, and Gainsight
  • Ability to connect delivery to business impacts in support of prioritizing work to the highest value & strategizing delivery options (thought leadership)
  • Experience in using qualitative and quantitative data to advise recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • Experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical industry
  • Project management officer or similar role
  • PMP Certified
