Position: Construction Project Manager

Company Overview: We are a facility support services company providing construction and renovation services to federal agencies across the US. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who will provide leadership to project teams and ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate project team members to meet project goals and adhere to project milestones.
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects and ensure they are aligned with and directly support the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and quality control requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• degree in Civil Engineering
• OSHA-30 and CPR-First Aid Certifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects with multiple subcontractors each.
• Proficient in project scheduling softwares.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Experience level:

• 5 years

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Richmond, VA 23249: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
