CAMFS is currently hiring a Sr. Service Advisor to join our Corporate Training team to support future growth of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Create vehicle repair service Estimates based on compiled information from Mobile Technicians and Customers
- Professionally communicate and deliver quotes to customers.
- Serve as a trustworthy advocate for the customer by providing sound guidance and advice regarding any customer technical inquiries or general questions related to products and services provided by the company.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and prioritize workflow to ensure effectiveness.
- Collect miscellaneous information and parts pricing from various manufacturers and vendors.
- Review, revise existing and generate additional repair estimates at customers request and specifications.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred with five (5) years of experience in the service advisement, maintenance coordination, technician dispatching, or Diesel technology.
- Associate degree, BA/BS or Technical certification and three (3) years’ experience or seven (7) years of equivalent experience in a similar capacity Technician role.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in a diesel vehicle service department or dealership environment Preferred.
- Proficiency with Mitchell One or similar systems
- Strong communication (written, verbal and phone) and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, emails, typing, etc.) / software navigation capabilities to generate repair estimates.
