We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and source candidates through various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on candidate status and ensure a seamless hiring process
• Participate in networking events and job fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
• Collaborate with other members of the recruiting team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
