The Store Director II position requires a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or three to five year experience managing in a retail/grocery or supermarket environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong leadership, written and verbal communication, analytic, decision-making and customer service skill sets. This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented.
