OKCarz is looking for a driven individual to become Store Manager in training at our Bradenton, Fl. location. Must be a strong closer and great at multitasking. Must be good with computers, social media and prospecting for new referral business. We are looking for an individuals that can take ownership of their growth and self development.

Our Store Managers in Training still sell cars but underwrite their own loans and also assist the Store Manager with daily tasks.

$30,000 Yearly Salary, $150 per unit sold, Plus Bonuses!! Potential Income of $75,000 plus a year.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from application to contract closing.
• Underwriting loans for yourself and for Sales Advisors
• Assisting Sales Advisors with closing deals and overcoming objections
• Generating new business by prospecting, using social media, dealer and customer referrals and any other sources available
• Following up with Internet Leads and Scheduling appointments
• Executing Mid Florida Financing Underwriting's Policies and Guidelines
• Assisting in store management responsibilities such as inventory, sales, customer service, and other tasks needed to run the business
• Help with growing and protecting the business at all times
• Assisting current customers with any issues and providing excellent customer service
• Support of Home Office with anything needed to operate the business
