Rock the Cup, LLC currently owns and operates 3 Aroma Joe's locations (Manchester, Hooksett, and Amherst). We are actively interviewing and planning ahead for a new location we have plans to open this spring. This management opportunity has paid holidays, weekends off, and many other benefits of working with a small growing business in the Manchester area.

Our goal as a company is to help each employee grow professionally each and every day, whether that is personally or with Aroma Joe's. There are many areas for advancement within our company as we are a growing franchise looking to open up many more locations in the near future. Multi-unit Managers and Ownership (Yes, owning your own Aroma Joe's!), are a few of the possible areas to advance with our company past in store management.

Barista experience is not necessary. We are willing to train positive happy people with a desire to be their best every day!

Operating Hours:

Monday Through Friday - 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Essential Duties, include but are not limited to...

  • Responsible for completing checklists developed by ownership
  • Preparing Handcrafted Drinks and Food to our high-quality standards
  • Responsible for cleaning/organization of work stations, having strong attention to detail
  • Having energetic interactions with all customers that fuel their personal energy while encouraging staff to do the same
  • Maintaining the highest level of expert customer service
  • Handling cash with safety and security during each shift
  • Effectively communicating with our customers, staff, and owners
  • Have the ability and willingness to hold all team members accountable (firm yet respectful)
  • Have strategies/ideas to improve sales
  • Be organized and able to effectively multitask
  • Be able to set goals and strategize how to achieve those goals
  • Want to challenge one's self
  • Willingness to be flexible to support other operating locations as needed

  • Ability to learn quickly through hands on training
