We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME's):
- Knowledge of ARPA funding
- Excellent report development and presentation skills
- Operational assessment/evaluation
- Budget review, research, and analysis
- Ability to provide project-specific support with multiple Blue Stone projects and/or clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or another relevant field of study
- Significant experience and expertise in a Tribal government specifically, within Economic Development, Administration, Human Resources, Housing, Health Care, or similar department
