We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with Multi-Family and Podium experience. This is for a $50M+ Multi-Family living facility in the Italian Village in Columbus, OH. Please apply if you have
- BA degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or 3-5+ years of Field Experience.
- Multi-Family wood frame and Podium experience
- Excellent communication skills, solid decision-making capabilities, and a customer service attitude.
- Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.
- Proficient with scheduling software, and CAE and CAD applications.
- OSHA 30 Hour
- This position requires a Project List to be submitted with the resume. This project list should reflect relevant Multi-Family Residential and Podium experience on larger projects of $500k+.
