Job description

Working Interior Specialties Superintendent
IMMEDIATE OPENING with a well-established Commercial Sub-Contractor for a full-time EXPERIENCED Division 10 Specialties Superintendent.

Must have knowledge/experience working and installing all applications of a complete Division 10 Package, including but not limited to: Impact Resistant Wall Protection, Cubicle Curtain Track, Toilet Partitions, and Accessories.

In-State travel, WILL BE required, with added Per Diem. When traveling, most weeks will be 4/10's, with Friday's off. Company vehicle provided.

Candidate must have an OSHA 30 card or be willing to get certified once employment has started. Candidate must have the ability to use an Ipad, work construction software (i.e. Procore), read shop drawings and contract documents; layout elevations and locations based on shop drawings and details as well. Must maintain a clean working jobsite and ensure all installations are completed accurately and properly. Have the ability to perform pre-punch lists on installed work and document them accordingly. Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Management of a small to medium crew is required.

Valid drivers license and the ability to pass a drug test and background check is a must.'
