Responsibilities:
Trains, motivates, and directs personnel. Ensures that work schedules are accurately completed in a timely manner. Assist Manager in maintaining a high quality standard of performance by relating the current condition of an assigned area.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
1. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
2. Ability to work without close supervision.
3. Ability to operate necessary equipment and machines.
4. One (1) year prior experience in Environmental Services, and/or related service, and/or advanced degree, and/or one (1) year in general supervisory experience.
5. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
6. Ability to accept responsibility.
7. Ability to effectively coordinate and direct the activities of assigned personnel.
Work Hours:: 11:00pm-7:30am
