Prospect Airport Service at Midway Airport is looking for candidates who are interested in Operation Supervisor position to oversee the workflow of our operations. We are looking for candidates who are interested in a working Supervisorposition to oversee the workflow of our operations. Not only will your role be to supervise others, but to also resolve problems, coach others, and ensure that operations are carried out efficiently and safely as possible. Please note requirements for the Supervisor position:

• Must have a valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be approved for a customer Seal on Badge
• Flexible schedule for alternating days and shifts
• Some leadership experience]
• Good communication skills
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English - written and verbal.
• Ability to interact with diverse workgroups.
• Ability to manage up, down and laterally.

• Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work process.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
• Conducts training
• Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations and implementing corrective actions.
• Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
