POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor plans, and coordinates activities related to the Real Estate functions.
Supervisor maintains appropriate systems to monitor department processes and improvement initiatives. The Supervisor maintains decisions that support capabilities and analyzes for the financial aspects of the Real Estate Department.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field or in lieu of degree 3-5 experience.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Realtor license or Property Management certificate preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years related experienced required.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires sitting, standing, walking, stooping and crouching a majority of the workday. Works with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, printer and copier.
Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point). Must have valid driver's license, registration, insurance, transportation, and be able to pass a motor vehicle check.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to department leadership and supervises incumbents as assigned.
