The Supply and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supply and freight optimization, load shifting, dispatching, inventory management, and common carrier performance within the Transport Division.

JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES

• Manages customers’ inventory levels and determines reorder points.
• Reviews supplier pricing and freight with the goal of selecting optimal dispatching locations while minimizing costs.
• Processes and dispatches sales orders and ensures carrier execution.
• Executes supply contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics is preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
• Availability for on-call rotations during nights and weekends is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in terminal dispatch, logistics, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and hours of service is highly desired.
