Swimming Pool Technician
We have a position open for experienced swimming pool service tech team member. We are looking for someone who wants a career not just a job.

Once training is completed your average hourly wage should $19 to $25 per hour ($43,500 to $47,500 yearly). Pay base on commission of $17 per pool plus 10% commission on repairs or replacement of all parts you install, with reviews at 90 days, 180 days, and yearly. We pay from $17 and up depending on experience through the training period of 2 to 3 weeks.

We offer Seven Paid Holidays(AFTER 90 DAY), and Paid Time Off after 180 days. We do offer a flexible schedule. Work hours are normally from 7AM or 8am until finished with the route. Some weekend work is required, depending on weather conditions.

As part of the team, you will have a company truck, company phone, all the equipment and supplies need to complete the daily pool route.

Candidates must be experienced swimming pool service tech and clean in appearance Be able to lift up to 50 pounds in and out of truck and we able to move 100 pounds Specific visual abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and the ability to focus.While performing the duties of on this job the team member works in outdoor weather conditions. The team member frequently exposed to wet and or human condition, Attend required seminars, training, vendor schools and or trade schools to maintain industry and product knowledge, as directed by the manager .

Candidates must be able to work with little supervision, experience not required but helpful. Good written and verbal communication, and likes to help others. Strong customer orientation. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. License required Clean driving record required ,must provide DMV report.
