Headquartered in Parsippany NJ, we are currently seeking talented Technical Support individuals who are passionate about technology and applying their passion to helping small and mid sized businesses.

We are currently seeking Microsoft System Administrators who can Manage, Support, and Deploy the following:

• Microsoft Servers & Desktops (including End User Troubleshooting)
• File Servers, Domain Controllers, SQL Servers, RDS Servers & Environments
• Virtual Desktop Solutions (RDS, VMWare, Azure)
• Microsoft 365 Environments including Tenant Management
• SonicWALL Firewalls, Managed Switches, and Cisco Routers
• Endpoint Protection Tools like SentinelOne, Webroot, and others
• Basic Security Protocols like Multi-Factor Authentication thru Duo
• Data Protection & Disaster Recovery Systems thru Datto

Functional Technical Requirements <- YOU WILL BE TESTED ON THESE IF YOU APPLY

• Build a Windows Server (both physical and virtual thru VMWare)
• Build a Domain Controllers
• Setup Active Directory
• Setup DHCP & DNS

Previous or current work for another MSP or IT Service Provider a big plus!!

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• 2 Years of Similar IT Experience Required
• Punctuality & Dependability!
• Clear and Concise Communication & Customer Service Skills
• Exceptional Technical Troubleshooting Skills
• "Can Do" Attitude & Live Local to Morris County NJ
• Clean Driving Record (company vehicle may be provided)
• Travel to and from local offices within the Tri-State and very rarely by Air
• Flexiblity to work evenings and weekends if needed
• Successful completion of Background, Drug Test(s), and Credit Check
• Exceptional and Concise English-Speaking Communication Skills, both Written & Verbal
