Mission Statement
Jacobs is seeking a qualified Network Administrator to support the United States Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) contract. The U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) executes developmental testing in direct support of the Army to ensure our Warfighters are enabled to dominate the future battlefield.
Experience in designing system evaluations. Familiar with Operations Research and designing system evaluations. Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Must have experience in statistical data analysis, data reduction and analysis, and report preparation. Knowledge in the development, preparation, and review of data requirements, experimentation issues, and success criteria is desired a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research or related field with recent experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.

- Must be able to work independently and with a group of people.

Equipment and Machines
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work-related tools as required
Attendance
Attendance “on site” is considered essential, except for, STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off.
Regular hours will be between Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. This is a 9/80 work schedule allowing for every other
Friday off. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours and workdays to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.
May be required to work long and unusual hours based on business needs.
Other Essential Functions
Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer’s locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.
