We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition consultant to work with our clients across multiple industries - technology, software, IT, cybersecurity, virtual reality, robotics, supply chain, healthcare, entertainment, construction, skilled trades, and more.
We are looking for someone who can:
grow with us- sell, recruit, consult, and deliver talent acquisition services, and grow into leading the talent acquisition consulting practice
We are prioritizing Indianapolis and Atlanta as possible remote office work locations. Work will sometimes be onsite or at client sites as well and may involve some travel.
Core abilities and experiences needed:
You've led talent acquisition teams and have designed processes, implemented ATS, have applied active and passive candidate sourcing strategies, and you know how to optimize all of these for the best results
You have consultative recruiting experience meaning, you know how to help hiring managers and candidates achieve success
Knowledge of recruitment technology - ATS, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, etc.
You understand and can implement effective hiring processes
You're a team player, you share knowledge, are entrepreneurial, you can sell ideas and solutions, and you are passionate about helping companies improve their talent acquisition practices.
