"Mass General Brigham Medical Group" includes Cooley Dickinson Medical Group, Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, Mass General Brigham Integrated Care, Mass General Brigham Urgent Care, Newton Wellesley Medical Group, North Shore Physicians Group, Pentucket Medical Associates, and Wentworth Douglass Health Partners. Our Talent Acquisition specializes in Ambulatory and recruits for Primary Care, Urgent Care, and 100+ Specialties for 75+ unique physical sites across 50+ towns/cities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
This Talent Acquisition Partner will cover multiple practices across Middlesex County and Pioneer Valley (both in Massachusetts).

What You’ll Work On
This Talent Acquisition Partner will own recruitment efforts for one of our physician groups. As part of our team, you will get the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, serving as a true business partner to hiring managers and business leaders to acquire top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Provide counsel to Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions
- Adapt to changing market conditions
- Work with senior leadership to prioritize recruitment needs in times of heavy recruitment volume
- Drive the entire recruitment process: source, assess candidates via telephone interview, oversee the interview process, debrief with hiring teams during the selection process, check references, and negotiate offers
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
- Assist managers with hiring decisions and compensation analyses
- Ensure internal and external market equity
- Provide recommendations on Outreach events and Recruitment tools; participate in various recruitment related events relative to Workforce Development, University Relations and Diversity & Inclusion
- Raise up attraction issues to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
- Assist with reporting on staffing when needed
- Other duties as assigned

In addition to day to day recruitment efforts, the Talent Acquisition Partner represents Talent Acquisition & Human Resources on various committees and workgroups responsible for decisions on recruitment tools and strategies that impact the system.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-6 years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition &/or Marketing required
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements
Preferred Experience We Hope You Have
- Experience recruiting for outpatient clinical settings
Working Conditions
- Primary Location: Remote
- Travel requirements: Some onsite presence at our Headquarters in Assembly Row or corresponding Mass General Brigham sites
