Nouryon is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Talent Acquisition process for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external vendors and develop strong internal stakeholder relationships. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day Talent Acquisition for the US Market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day business and coach inhouse or outsourced recruiters in the region.
- Drive and ensure a top-quality recruiting process and collaborate with recruiting managers across the organization for senior and executive recruitment.
- Optimize and develop the various steps in the regional recruiting process according to the global TA strategy.
- Build a network of qualified senior and executive candidates by pro-actively working to attract the right candidates using various recruiting channels and networks, including social media and industry network.
- Contribute to optimizing and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Develop and conduct training workshops for managers on the recruitment process.
- Collaborate and steer on employer branding activities in the region together with the team.
- Contribute to global projects in the field of Talent Acquisition.
- Coordinate the operative recruitment activities in the region, inhouse as well as with external partners
- Manage own recruitments on an executive level, as well as coordinating processes with external partners
- Ensure there are sufficient partners in the region dependent on business need
- Follow-up and ensure continuous improvement of the recruitment and employer brand activities to the business
- Contribute to a successful TA strategy implementation in the region
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
- Seven (7) years of Talent Acquisition experience, including managing senior leadership roles, preferably in Executive Search
- Previous experience working within a technical company in a global environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, demonstrated ability to build successful relationships both with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Professional and service-minded individual, who are results oriented
- Travel: Up to 15%
