We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to be responsible for delivering top talent and excellent service to clients across Ametros. In this role, you will use strategic sourcing techniques to manage Ametros’ candidate pipeline for critical, high-volume roles. You'll partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify the best talent, as well as manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and most importantly, use your research skills to uncover hidden talent. Once you identify the best candidates, you will act as an Ametros Ambassador and position our employer brand to hire candidates to opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Act as a consultative, recruitment subject matter expert by applying best practices for full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition
- Proactively manage the day to day applicant tracking process and recruitment process
- Conduct phone screens, schedule/conduct in-person interviews, coordinate schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain current job descriptions, employment website postings, and employee job boards
- Create offer letters, conduct background checks, and assist with the on-boarding process
- Be proactive in evaluating the candidate experience at Ametros and make recommendations for improvements. Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
- You will partner with key leaders and People Operations team members to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Create a best in class candidate experience at Ametros and brand Ametros as the best place to work
- Demonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent through your understanding of the business and employee value proposition
- Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates
- Drive facilitation of continuous improvement via measurement tools and recruitment analytics
- Represent Company for recruiting purposes at identified College/Universities, networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
- Other job duties and projects as assigned

- Expertise in recruiting across multiple talent segments

- Outstanding attention to detail and resourceful, with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent and pro-active communication skills, efficient, reliable, detail oriented, and organized
- Sense of urgency, trustworthy and accountable.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match
- Proven experience engaging employment prospects through targeted sourcing and cold calling
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels
- A strong business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure
