**The ideal candidate also must reside in either the Somerset or Mercer County vicinity for the occasional travel to locations if needed**
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Live Urgent Care & Live Family Care, Human Resources Department with staff, provider and practice acquisition onboarding, orientation, and other human resources generalist tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Manages the new hire onboarding and internal transfer processes for hired employees
- Cultivates a positive relationship and ensures a smooth onboarding experience
- Promotes and executes a white glove service approach for all employees
- Serves as a liaison between various internal departments/parties involved in the onboarding process. This may include, but is not limited to, CEO, Clinical Supervisor, Human Resources Manager, IT, In House Legal Counsel, Marketing,and Site Managers
- Ensures compliance with all onboarding requirements of the system and position, escalating concerns to leadership as identified.
- Guides employees and internal departments through required stages of the process to ensure timely execution of required onboarding tasks and minimization of start delays.
- Promotes direct communication and positive rapport among employees and managers prior to start.
- Aids the HR Manager with generalist items. This may include, but is not limited to, facilitating orientation, and answering general benefits and payroll questions.
- Participates and contributes to project teams develop progress strategic HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or the Behavioral Sciences preferred
- Proven interest in Human Resources through prior employment or internship experience required.Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR systems is preferred (Paylocity, ADP, Paycom, etc)
