We are seeking a highly talented and collaborative individual who will be excited to drive purposeful impact in our recruiting space.

We have a need for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our corporate team at ASM Global. This role will support ASM Global's Human Resources team with a focus on providing the best candidate experience to both internal and external candidates. You'll play a key role within the success of our overall hiring process while partnering and managing relationships with our venues, leaders, and external partners. We are focused on diverse hiring and identifying top talent to fill our open positions. This role will be responsible for providing the highest level of talent acquisition services to our organizations business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes but are not limited to:
  • Partners with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of their needs and candidate expectations.
  • Recruit active and passive talent through building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Schedule & coordinate interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Supports Offer Letter Process
  • Participates in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including campus recruiting and job fairs
  • Communicates Corporate HR initiatives and provides support our venue teams.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Three to five (3-5) years of Human Resources (HR) experience; highly preferred experience in managing phases of the recruitment and hiring process
  • One to three (1-3) years of experience with Workday or related
  • Experienced in a variety of forms of online sourcing tools, techniques, and networking such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Teamwork Online
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience a plus
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to utilize MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented
