Substitution Criteria: 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Position Title: Talent Transformation Strategist

You will use your expertise in workforce transformation, client consulting, and business partnerships to examine complex cyber organizations through an innovation perspective. You will be regularly asked to apply problem solving expertise to help analyze workforce development policies, procedures, and tools to support management transformation efforts and grow cybersecurity professionals for the Federal Government.You will work with project teams to capture critical feedback, ideas, processes, and other information from government leaders. You will organize and analyze large amounts of information and data to formulate recommendations and solutions.You will evaluate complex policies and organizations to identify and map processes, systems, tools, and implementation requirements. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Empower change with us.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 2+ years of experience with business process improvement, change management, workforce development, or employee engagement
- 1+ years of experience with supporting a large, dispersed client organization
- Experience in data collection and documentation to support focus groups and informational interviews
- Experience in evaluating, mapping, and documenting complex business processes
- Possession of excellent notetaking, interviewing, and organization skills
- Experience in developing reports, guides, and other briefing materials
- Knowledge of how policy design, processes, and technology integrate with talent management to support organization mission
- Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Cost Accounting, Math, Computer Science/IT, engineering, or technical discipline is required and 5 years of relevant experience or a total of 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, or making recommendations for workforce improvements
- Knowledge of IT, Digital, or Cybersecurity workforce roles and job requirements
- Possession of excellent collaborative working skills
- Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Design Thinking, or Project Management Certification
- Master’s degreein Psychology, Engineering, CS, Systems, Business, Organizational Development, Government Policy, or IT
- Clearance:
- Applicants selected may be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client
