Team Logistics Coordinator – Mountain Creek

Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Team Logistics Manager

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.


How the Team Logistics Coordinator works with the Team:


The Team Logistic Coordinator provides seasonal scheduling support for various operational departments at Mountain Creek.


Team Member Responsibilities:


  • Secure Team schedules for rehire process.
  • Work closely with Team Experience who will be onboarding and setting team schedules.
  • Manage the dashboard for call offs and find appropriate replacement coverage.
  • Scheduling software expert. (training provided)
  • Address team member and managers questions regarding schedules.
  • Respond to departmental daily needs for team members
  • Assist with team questions regarding (i.e. on-boarding, payroll questions, time-off requests, etc.)
  • Act as primary communication portal with team members: including open shifts, team events, changes to the operation.
  • Review team member attendance and performance issues with managers when team member has reached a written level.
  • Provide Management team with feedback on team challenges and scheduling issues.
  • Provide operational support to departments at the request of the supervisor/manager
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by Manager


Team Member Qualifications:


  • Must have strong computer skills. Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word a plus
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and have an attention to detail.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be service oriented. Background in customer service is a plus.
  • A determined, persistent attitude to get the job done, even if means staying later and coming in early.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Must be able to work well with all team levels (i.e. frontline, supervisors, resort leaders).
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours (able to work early mornings, weekends, holidays and evenings).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
