Job description
We are looking for hard working, friendly, and flexible team members to help us continue to grow our great brand. We have a one employee fits all type of system where we expect our team members to be able to offer great customer service, build sandwiches swiftly, and keep the shop clean. We have a tight crew for each shop and pride ourselves in becoming family with our employees and customers. The job consists of an hourly wage and tips which brings the average wage to $15.00-$18.00 per hour. The job itself is not hard, it just takes hard work to make everything operate smoothly and seamless. We are also looking for shift leaders, and team members with the right mindset will be able to grow within the organization. Additionally, we have a second location in South Pasadena, FL which is hiring as well and are currently working on growing to a third location in the St. Petersburg area.
