As the Technical Program Manager for Customer Intent/Ontology Delivery, you will lead the solution development/integration program to use customer intents to integrate with agent actions and Smart Solutions to better serve customers.

We are seeking someone with Data Architecture experience to drive our Machine Learning and Knowledge Delivery services. The Services business requires highly compassionate support & service delivery to comprehend complex customer pain points & quickly action them to resolution in a way that grows the customer's business with HP.

New, innovative capabilities and processes will integrate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) MS Dynamics ecosystem, to achieve the desired outcomes through delivery.

  • You will apply your project & program management skills across multiple business functions and regions to ensure requirements are identified, comprehended, and prioritized toward go-forward global solutions.
  • You will serve as the lead Data Architect for the Intent Detection and Smart Content program.
  • You will lead projects to define/implement/release/deploy new process and capability projects that support positive and effective customer experiences. You will establish objectives/scope/approach/the team, investigate and perform high-level design, and manage the successful delivery of the projects as executed by HP and software vendors.
  • You will lead and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of the Taxonomy Management for the Intent Detection and Smart Content program, including Smart logic Semaphore and its integrations / customizations.
  • You will serveas the liaison for all Data Model requirements and questions / issues with the HP service providers, including RWS, MarkLogic and HP IT,
  • You will engage with software vendors and/or partners to update or add technology platforms and capabilities to enable HP to meet the strategic intent of customer facing support functions.
  • This role requires an accomplished professional who can collaborate within the function, with IT, and across business and functional groups to lead global technology projects. You will also be responsible to ensure information and knowledge transfer to internal teams enabling deployment and program continuity.

A critical portion of your role includes the ability to define clear roadmaps & plans for your projects and to communicate plans and projects clearly to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the definition of the roadmap of projects, with their major timelines and deliverables to achieve the desired objectives and results.
  • Leads regular interactions with project sponsors to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the project outcomes.
  • Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions.
  • Directs the creation and maintenance of the required documentation and artifacts.
  • Develops and controls project budgets, and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans.
  • Ensures and balances the availability of the required skills and competencies across projects.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.
  • Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the projects and resolves conflicts.

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in IT business/industry.
  • 5 to 7 years in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to successfully lead in a complex environment and deliver results which meet committed business intent; able to influence without direct authority, able to balance between competing priorities, able to adjust & mitigate in a rapidly changing environment, able to drive team performance to world class. Demonstrates the Lead @ HP Leadership Behaviors.
  • Experience in Software Development for large scale, secured, scalable applications in the AWS Cloud.
  • Ontological Experience with product and support knowledge discovery.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies including GPT2/3, ChatGPT and BERT and how organizations are employing them to drive digital business.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute within the scope of overall strategies. Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain project goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership
  • Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.
  • Experience across a range of project types; Experience with at least one project/program management methodology, such as: Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or Agile.
