ContactUs is growing fast and has a new client need for Customer Support Representative. You will be provided with the training and equipment needed to give our customers the best experience possible. The position has the potential to become a work at home position.

About The Customer Support Representative:
The Customer Support Representative position provides exceptional service to existing customers through service-related transactions. Processes transactions and ensures customers' needs are met via inbound calls.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound service telephone interactions to address a variety of customer inquiries which include:
  • Processing payments and attempting to get customers to sign up for recurring payments.
  • Processing cancellations; will not be asked to “save” customer.
  • Resolving billing issues.
  • eService Inquiries and password resets.
  • Handles customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores.
  • Follow call scripting to ensure compliance and promote company offers and options.
  • Comfortable taking 35-50 calls a day.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have flexibility in schedule
  • Must have excellent attendance history
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and skills assessments
  • Solid to advanced PC skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
  • Ability to use Dual monitors
  • Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Contact Center Experience considered a plus
  • Customer Service Experience considered a plus
