McKesson Medical-Surgical (MMS) is seeking a Technology Change Management Specialist within our Sales Effectiveness team. Our Sales Effectiveness team includes our Sales Product Managers and Owners as well as our training team who work together to support the technology used by our sales team partners. In this brand-new role on our growing team, you will be providing support to our internal sales representatives in leveraging tools and technologies such as Pendo to provide training documents regarding our new Salesforce implementation.

Responsibilities include:
- Build Pendo guides for sales to leverage in application guidance
- Act as the first line of defense when sales have questions about technologies to answer questions and leverage the functionality
- Track feedback and present to our training team and product owners to improve the overall user experience and drive greater adoption
Critical Skills include:
- Previous experience with sales technologies such as Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in IT helpdesk, Sales Administration, Customer Service or someone with a strong aptitude for technology
- Experience in Pendo, MyGuide and/or WalkMe preferred
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree – In lieu of a degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience
Additional Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in leading training or communicating with sales
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred
- Self-starter
- Being able to be patient and empathetic with customers
