This is a FT field position working on Hughes Satellite. You will log into a tech portal every morning by 9 am to code your calls and schedule them. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm, On Call and after hours rotating standby You must have: Computer and Internet Valid Driver’s License And GREAT in person customer service skills. You will be talking to customers every day.

Job requirements:
Daily access to internet required to accept calls and print necessary documents each morning no later than 9:00 a.m.
Valid driver’s License
Ability to drive yourself to client location, may require long distance driving
Superior Customer Service skills
Ability to lift & move up to 60 lbs of equipment
Ability to climb a ladder
Ability to work at heights
This position requires that you work on sloped roofs and other high locations.
This position requires a standby rotation during which time you will be expected to run service class that are dispatched after weekday hours and on weekends.
This position requires that you frequently work outside during hot and cold weather.

Worldwide Tech Services has a strict safety program in place. If hired, you will receive additional information on our safety
programs, but you are expected to adhere to all safety policies.
Company Provided Vehicle that the tech must keep clean, well-organized, keep up with prescribed maintenance schedule, report any mechanical failures or breakdowns.
Issued a company cell phone and laptop to use for all call reporting
Technician must close calls before leaving the customer location
A Business casual dress policy is in place. You must wear button collar shirt. No tee shirts, no jeans, no open toe shoes, or sneakers. You will be supplied steel toe boots which you are required to wear at all job sites
First week of work will be in orientation – Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. You must have internet access and use your own phone and PC for orientation. The company supplied cell phone will be shipped on the Wednesday of orientation week.
Prior to joining orientation, please check that you have the following minimum system requirements:
· Minimum Internet speed of 2.5mb
· Adobe Reader
