Ace Handyman Services Fox Valley is looking for a highly motivated and experience Telephone Service Sales / TEAM Coordinator to join our 5-Star TEAM. Ace Handyman Services Fox Valley is laser focused on delighting our customers and it all starts with the initial phone call to our office. The primary responsibility for this role is to collaborate with the office TEAM to answer incoming phone calls to discuss our services, prices, availability, and close new business. This can be a high call volume position of scheduling jobs for our Professional Multi-Skilled Craftsman and making sure our schedule is running efficiently and effectively. Every effort to assist customers in understanding how we work is expected during each conversation. Once a complete understanding has developed, each customer is scheduled within our dispatch software with a brief description of the type of work, the correct assignment of a Craftsman, and an exact date and time when work is to be performed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Scheduling customers and assisting Craftsmen so the company is running smoothly, effectively and efficiently. This is a high-volume inbound call/sales position.· Responsible for inbound/outbound sales calls.· Efficient and methodical in a sales environment, building customer rapport and selling value· Offers operational assistance to Craftsmen in the field.· Reinforce Service Path, Brand standards and company culture.· Develop and update office policies, procedures, and reporting.· Must be comfortable and adaptive to technology such as CRM and Scheduling Programs· Excellent organization, customer service skills and problem-solving skills.· Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word.· Be a quick learner.· Stellar communication; verbal and written, critical thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking.· Seeking candidate with over 3-4 years’ experience in management, customer service and sales.· Live within 10 miles of Elgin, IL.· Goal Oriented and Results Driven.· Having an entrepreneurial spirit is a must.

This role is a Part to Full-time Position. We are expecting a minimum of 20 hours per week.
