Your Great customer service skills will help you start your career at SPIRE. Apply to any of our teller openings and we will provide banking training. In addition to our starting pay of at least $18 per hour, all of our tellers are eligible for great Saturday pay (includes time and a half & bonus structure), as well as additional quarterly bonuses all of this is worth up to an extra $2 per hour; no evenings, excellent benefits. This position will work on our Teller line helping our members execute financial transactions in a timely and friendly manner. This position is housed in our Coon Rapids branch.

Interested candidates should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to listen and identify member’ financial needs to better support their financial growth. Must be able to problem-solve to make decisions, have the ability to take initiative, organize multiple tasks, and maintain a courteous demeanor in a busy and challenging work environment. Previous experience working in a financial institution is a plus. High school degree or GED is required.
