Kennebunk based company is looking for a temporary HR Coordinator to support their team now until October 1st! This role supports and coordinates paperwork and management of H2B and J1 Visa employees. This is a great opportunity with flexible hours (20-40 hours/week) for the next several months!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job postings
  • Processing onboarding, background check, and offboarding tasks
  • Working with H2B and J1 Visa employees during their employment
  • Offboarding employees at the end of the season
  • Other tasks as required

About You:

  • Great organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable on the computer and using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Previous experience with HR and/or recruitment

Monday-Friday. 9:00am-5:00pm.
20-40 hours/week.
$22-25/hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kennebunk, ME: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • HR Support: 1 year (Preferred)
