Haven Homes, a 4-star senior care campus, is hiring dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering up to a $5,000 Bonus!
Located a mere 13 miles from Ridgedale Mall, we are a premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus that opened in December 2020.
What you can expect:
- Schedule: PT Day (6:00 am to 2:30 pm); PT or FT Evening (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
- Bonuses: PT will be eligible for a $2,500 Bonus; FT will be eligible for a $5,000 Bonus.

What does a TMA do?
- Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Haven Homes’ policies.
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
- Review and follow a written care plan.
- Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure on new computerized software.
- Assist with various resident cares such as answering light calls, feeding and helping residents to the bathroom.
- Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
- Perform other duties as requested.
What does a TMA require?
- Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required.
- Must hold current TMA certification in Minnesota.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations.
