At Red Venturers, our travel coordinator will arrange corporate travel for employees, identify the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements and make any necessary reservations for accommodation.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately and processing corporate travel arrangements on behalf of Red Ventures
• Respond promptly to travel-related requests – including off hours
• Support Travel Supervisor with corporate events and group travel
• Manage conference registration and conference travel
• Oversee the Red Ventures Uber account
• Understand and execute travel policies and procedures (Red Ventures and external)

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills
• Great decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple travel options and identify the best choice for the business
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Project management skills with ability to self-manage and prioritize
• Great verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $16.75-28.75 per hour*
