About The Position and Job Qualifications

The Treasury Services Relationship Specialist is accountable for providing product on-boarding, support and administrative functions related to Treasury Services by performing a variety of duties including but not limited to, completing necessary product paperwork, resolving problems and providing superior customer service in order to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information and services, producing high quality and detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. The Treasury Services Relationship Specialist serves as primary customer service contact for the suite of treasury services provided to our commercial customers. The Treasury Services Relationship Specialist is also accountable for complying with internal controls and developing a personal program to maintain an adequate level of knowledge related to area of responsibility. The Treasury Services Relationship Specialist is expected to work well with others and maintain courteous and professional communications with coworkers and customers.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two-plus years of banking experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
  • Technical ability to readily learn and adapt to new softwares and technology.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent educational experience.
  • One year of position-related customer service experience.

Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

(hours may vary based on business needs)
