We are seeking to hire a dedicated, warm, and caring Lead teacher for our 3k classroom to support learning, development, and a nurturing environment for all our young learners. With your creative talents as teachers let's mold future leaders!
As a Lead Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing weekly lesson plans
- Maintaining strong family partnerships to support the education and care of the students
- Empathetic to children's emotions and parent's needs
- Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level.
- Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
- Committed to continuing education
We are looking to urgently hire one full-time lead teacher for our 3-year-old classroom.
Qualifications:
- NYS Certified in Early Childhood Education (Birth-2nd) with Masters or Bachelors Degree.
- Must have at least 1 year of UPK or 3K Class experience
- Familiar with Common Core, Work Sampling, Ecers and ESI-R
- DOE& DOI Fingerprinting
- SCR Clearance
- First Aid/CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Epi-Pen trained
