Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team in the vacation rental industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing routine home maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work. The role will involve maintaining and repairing vacation rental properties to ensure that they are in excellent condition for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of vacation rental properties to identify maintenance needs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, changing HVAC filters, and repairing appliances
• Conduct repairs and renovations as needed to ensure that properties are in excellent condition
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, pool equipment, and other relevant systems
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with property management to ensure that all maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in home maintenance or a related field
• Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Must be available to work on Saturdays, will have a regular week day off
• Availability for on-call rotation
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, pool equipment, or other relevant systems is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary, which can be increased with additional certifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, and paid time off.
