We are looking for someone to help provide first class service to our customers by completing a final quality control check on vehicles after repairs are completed and verified by the technicians, as well as assist with vehicle and customer pick-ups and deliveries.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to communicate comprehensively with the technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Detail oriented – Someone who will notice small details such as fingerprints, grease marks, missing tow hook covers or emblems, faulty wiper blades, etc. and take the initiative to resolve issues
• Has a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Primary job responsibilities include

• Test driving vehicles after repairs are complete
• Following chain of command to resolve any quality issues
• Take vehicles through car wash, wipe down interior, check for fingerprints and grease marks, inspect wheels are clean, etc.
• Verifying technician’s work - act as a secondary check to ensure nothing was overlooked under the hood, etc.
• Help technicians keep the shop and bays tidy
