The Professional Side:

We are a veterinary hospital with a large focus in customer care. Pets are treated as children and the Doctors are viewed as pediatricians. We are professional, kind, patient, and helpful. We understand that people who walk through our doors and call into our hospital are looking for help with the upmost TLC. We take pride in being the veterinary practice they trust.

We treat everything from Dogs, Puppies, Kittens, to Birds, Retiles and other Exotics. We are a hybrid of general medicine and specialize in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery. You will not get bored as everyday offers something new and exciting to learn. We offer support and patience as you will learn to be a Rockstar as one of the front facing Customer Service Representatives of our hospital.

To Be Considered:

· Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred.

· High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment.

· Be organized and on time.

· Be a clear communicator and a team player.

· Always be driven to improve.

· Love people as much as animals.

Responsibilities Include:

· Prompt and friendly greeting of clients

· Answering phones, taking messages, and completing all follow-up calls.

· Taking pharmacy requests and filling medications.

· Checking clients out. (Payment Processing)

· Updating medical records in Cornerstone.

· Scheduling appointments.

· Entering new client/patient information into Cornerstone.

We are closed Sunday’s.
