Overview:

The VP of Brand Marketing will develop and facilitate company marketing strategies, establish plans, targets, and deliverables, and lead the marketing team to execute across channels. This role works collaboratively with key cross-functional partners to establish and oversee the execution of the brand strategy, ensuring milestones are met while expanding customer reach.

You Will:

  • Leads seasonal planning process and acts as a liaison between Business Units + Cross-Functional teams (Creative, Design, Ecom & Merchandising) to develop a cohesive seasonal brief that supports business initiatives while ensuring the vineyard vines brand has a focused, holistic message across marketing channels while increasing brand awareness and overall revenue for the vineyard vines brand
  • Owns the marketing strategy and execution of marketing campaigns through the lens of high brands standard and elevation
  • Coordinate and lead brand strategies that reach new and returning audiences across a range of channels highlighting events and sponsorship supporting Head of the Charles, The Kentucky Derby, vineyard vines 25th anniversary while straticially targeting new markets and customer acquisition
  • Lead the creation of brand marketing content/collateral that satisfies both commercial and branded requirements and promotes a consistent voice across all sales channels (ecommerce, retail, wholesale)
  • Manage brand marketing budget/ P&L ensuring initiatives are appropriately measured and reported on
  • Utilize internal data to create customer-centric initiatives to increase RFM of vv customers by channel/by category. Report on market trends, analysis, and data findings to understand customer demand to support short and long-term brand marketing strategy.
  • Manage and develop a team of Brand Marketers, Social, PR, Events, and Sponsorship and Marketing Ops to create a 360 customer-centric seasonal strategy across all DTC channels.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of Brand Marketing experience
  • 5+ years of managing high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience working and partnering with C-level executives and department heads
  • Previous marketing experience with a lifestyle brand/ retail fashion company
  • organizational excellence managing robust calendars
  • Cross-functional leadership and management experience
  • Manage multimillion-dollar budget and experience managing a P&L
  • Ability to be nimble and change strategies quickly as business/climate requires
