// DAY-TO-DAY //

• Business driven Interpretation of data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement reports, databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire and analyze data from primary or secondary data sources
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing excel reports and generating performance indicators
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to define data needs and create workflows based on changing business needs

// WHAT YOU BRING //

• 3-5 years of a track record of success working in a Data Analyst or Media Analyst capacity
• Proven experience working in a startup environment where wearing many hats is commonplace
• Ability to formulate processes, batch work, and interface with stakeholders with moving deadlines
• Quality time-management, organizational, and forecasting/planning skills
• Experience documenting best practices and creating systems/processes that aid in organizational effectiveness
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst or a data driven approach to account management
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong presentation skill and client facing ability
