Job description
Carrier Enterprise is a joint venture between Watsco, Inc. and Carrier Corporation. Carrier Enterprise sells and distributes Carrier, Bryant and Payne residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies throughout the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate.

Job Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving
- Stores materials/equipment
- Controls Inventory
- Upholds environmental health and safety standards
- Works closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers)
- Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)
- Attention to detail
- Day to evening hours with potential for overtime.
Education:
- High School diploma required or GED
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience preferred but not required
- HVAC experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skills
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
- Must be team-oriented
- Must be dependable and have strong work ethic
- Forklift certified preferred but not required
- Adapt well to change
