Warehouse Attendant / Driver - Non CDL
Job description
Gustave A. Larson is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies. Larson Warehouse Attendants - Drivers ensure excellent customer services is provided through managing warehouse workflow and delivery of parts to our various customer locations. The Warehouse Attendant - Driver reports to and is under the direction of the Distribution Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Moving materials within the warehouse in a safe and timely manner.
- Transport and deliver parts and equipment to customers and/or job sites.
- Operate various different lifting equipment to include: forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks.
- Safely load and unload trucks and trailers strategically to maximize space and prevent product damage.
- Pulling refill and order memos, stock items, perform data entry, and check products to be shipped against shipping orders for accuracy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of our inventory.
- Assist the Branch Manager in the operation of our distribution center.
Qualification Requirements
- Commitment to excellent customer service.

- Detail, and goal oriented.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and execute job duties with minimal supervision.
- Requires an ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Intermittent periods of physical exertion are required (i.e. walking, standing, and stooping).
- Team Player mentality, cooperates and interacts well with others.
Education/Experience
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED preferred.
- 2 years’ experience within a warehousing environment preferred.
- Forklift certified preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Clear driving record.
