Job Description:

The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for picking cases of foodservice product for chain restaurants while using a stand-on, electric pallet jack and a voice trained headset. The cases of product are then strategically built on pallets and shrink-wrapped to be delivered to our customers. Case weights are from 5 lbs up to (occasionally) 90 lbs, but the average weight is between 25 to 50 lbs.

The Shift:

• Shift: Sunday-Thursday
• Start time 2:00 pm
• End time: when all orders are complete
• 40+ Hours Per Week

Pay: $19 per Hour + Piece Rate Bonus

Job Duties:

• Pulls warehouse items from the pick bins based on quantity requested and stack on pallets
• Ensures that orders are accurate
• Stages items correctly for delivery
• Operates power equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
• Follows all safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of themselves and their coworkers
• Completes stock replenishment
• Ensure all warehouse sanitation standards are met
• Ensures warehouse goals are met
• Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
• Shrink wraps products to pallets
• Load trailers with completed orders
• Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
