We are growing our new facility, Mountain Top Foam, located in Charlotte and are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Member.

Production shifts are Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Starting Pay: $20.30 per hour

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents
• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepares/stages materials for shipment, including palletizing material, addressing, stamping and shipping merchandise/materials
• Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device
• Verifying and recording incoming materials
• Assists with cycle counting and inventory
• Maintains and cleans assigned work area

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs.
• Capable of quality inspection of product (boxes, cartons, finished product, etc.)
• Fork truck operation and material handling experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic knowledge of PC usage required to include basic data entry operations
