The Position:

Some of the responsibilities of warehouse technician workers include picking orders, packaging deliveries and shipping via courier and/or FedEx. Responsibilities include:

• Unloading Boxes - meeting delivery trucks, unloading boxes and transporting them for safe storage. This may include quality control checks to ensure that products meet specifications, and checking incoming items against invoices to ensure the proper product has been delivered.
• Maintaining Records - Maintain records of items received and shipped. This includes accurately recording serial numbers, the name of the manufacturer and the time and date the shipment was received.
• Filing Orders - Communicate with clerks to pull and fill orders from pharmacies and hospitals.
• Use of Equipment - May be asked to use a computer for record-keeping and to use cleaning equipment to keep the facility tidy.
• Assisting in Delivery when needed

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, variable schedule between the hours of 8am and 6pm- No weekends or Holidays

• 
  High School Education or equivalent
• Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds, required
• Experience in warehouse and/or healthcare environment
• Experience in picking/packing/shipping via courier and/or FedEx
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to remain standing during shift
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization
