Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for processing warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the validity of warranty claims and ensure that they meet the manufacturer and company requirements for processing
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, update internal databases and files accordingly
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the warranty claims process
- Coordinate with service technicians and repair shops to ensure that all repairs are properly documented and completed within the warranty guidelines
- Discuss warranty coverage with customers when necessary and educate them on the benefits and limitations of each warranty plan
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to warranty policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology, business administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in automotive warranty administration or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with warranty management software is an asset
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.05 - $28.53 per hour
