Job Title: Weekend RN

In order to continue to reach our goals as a company, we are seeking experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. Candidates should be able to perform the essential responsibilities as well as meet the qualifications listed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in monitoring the day-to-day functions of the facility
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability
- Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the direction of the unit assigned
Qualifications:
- TX RN License
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
Requirements:
- Must be COVID Vaccinated

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing department
- Ensure that the nursing services Policies and Procedures are followed by nursing personnel
- Ensure that nursing staff have appropriate training and ongoing validation of skills and techniques
- Monitors the development of work assignments; validating that the facility has adequate staffing following a budgeted PPD
- Must be able to lift/transfer a minimum of 25 pounds
Qualifications:
- RN, BSN preferred
- 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
